How to Feed 15 People in Real Time / No Time / Go Time
Man, talk about throwing down in the kitchen, this was throwing down. A 10 man team: 1 Main chef, 6 sous chefs, 2 people doing yoga for spiritual enlivenment. This was straight turn up.
After preparing the list of food — we broke down ingredients which people already had, allowing us to cut costs of attaining ingredients, thus keeping more money in the hungry foragers pockets. A caravan of foragers travelled to two of the chef’s residences to acquire ingredients, after which we headed to Fresh Grocer to complete the list. Ended up spending $55 to complete the list..
